Educating the Hearts of the Next Generation
Learning to be wise starts by learning to just be.
Our CASEL based SEL curriculum teaches kids to:

Be at peace with their thoughts.
Be clear with their intentions.
Be in control of their destiny.

It all starts with radical self-love.

Our SEL Curriculum
Our 33 week emotional intelligence curriculum takes elementary school children on a journey of self-discovery, self-acceptance and self-love through three fundamental questions:
Question 1:
Who Am I?
Lessons 1-11
Self-Awareness & Management
Understanding Thoughts, Emotions and Actions
Internal Audit: The first 14 lessons of the curriculum creates a deep sense of self-awareness in kids through an honest self-examination of their strengths, weaknesses and reactions.
Question 2:
Who do I
want
to Be?
Lessons 12-22
Self-Acceptance & Social Awareness
Defining My Values & “North Star”
Values Audit: The next 7 lessons of the curriculum focus on self-acceptance and setting personal goals by uncovering each child’s key developing values and beliefs.
Question 3:
how do
I Get
There?
Lessons 23-33
Relationship Skills & Decision Making
Relationship Skills & Responsible Decision Making
Intention Setting and My Place in The World
Alignment Tools: The final 10 lessons of the curriculum helps children “let go” of the barriers and limiting beliefs preventing them from blossoming into the best version of themselves, by using scientifically proven tools and activities.
An intersection between physiology, psychology and spirituality ...

“Emotional Intelligence, more than any other factor, more than I.Q. or expertise, accounts for 85% to 90% of success at work ... I.Q. is a threshold competence. You need it but it doesn’t make you a star. Emotional Intelligence can.”

Warren G. Bennis

“Emotional competence is the single most important personal quality that each of us must develop and access to experience a breakthrough.”

Daniel Goleman

“Isn’t wild. We can only see our outsides, but nearly everything happens on the inside.”

Warren G. Bennis

Suppressing the feelings only makes it harder to let them go. Expression is the opposite of depression.

Edith Eger
The American Academy of Pediatrics has declared a National Mental Health Crisis

While we might have the most robust education system in the world, our nation is emotionally bankrupt. CDC reports that one in every 6 children has a behavioral heath disorder, younger children are being diagnosed with clinical anxiety and suicide rates are rising in teens.

Education: Eradicates external poverty around the world. Wisdom: Is needed to eradicate internal impoverishment here at home.

It’s time we start educating the hearts of the next generation.

because it’s easier to raise a whole child than to fix a broken adult...
yes- wisdom can be taught.
