Good Evening, Agent: Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to spread joy!

  • Fun and Rewarding Missions: Missions include simple tasks such as “give 5 people a genuine compliment today”, that can be done with little to no adult help to promote independence, and also includes bigger tasks such as "Clean up a local nature trail" that will require more planning but will leave kids with a huge sense of accomplishment.

  • Become an Agent: Designed with a “secret agent” theme to make kindness important, meaningful and fun!

  • Go for the Goal: Kids can complete all missions and apply to be featured on the “Joy Spreader’s Hall of Fame!”

  • Work alone or assemble a team: Can be done independently, as a family, or as a group of friends.

  • Build Emotional Intelligence: Increases a child's empathy, social skills, gratitude, and compassion.

  • Develop Optimism: Promotes a happy and healthy attitude.

Classroom Kindness Missions!

I challenge my class with one kindness mission a week. If they complete it they have to take or draw a picture and write a short blurb about their "mission". If I'm worried one of the missions will be hard to complete I will give them two to choose from. This is such a wonderful activity to do either as a formal assignment or as an extra credit/reward opportunity and is a great way to teach the class empathy and can also help segway the class into great discussions.. Sometimes I can even tie the mission into the lesson theme that we are learning that week. I use it with my fourth graders but this activity would work really well for almost any age group with some tweaking.

My kid loves the spy theme

The fact that they made these cards spy themed was brilliant. My kid is running around doing chores and nice things for his sister and is getting a kick out of trying to be sneaky while doing it!

Great Gift

I got this for my nieces and nephews and I hear they have been steadily completing the missions for the past few weeks. I got a letter in the mail as one of the missions which was really nice :)

So much fun!

I split this deck in 3 and turned it into a little competition between me and my two sons to see who could do the most kind things in one week. We weren't able to do them all but we had a lot of fun completing the ones we were able to do. For sure a keeper!
